LADY Wellness Coaching Session 2

Wellness Session 2

Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,

This is the second week of the coaching program for self-reflection. To look at our life like it is on a plate.  The plate is divided into four quadrants also like four chambers of the heart. Our plate turns throughout the day. During the day we give something special time. Our plate is cleaned daily with growing individually. Growing in healthier relationships and thinking.

In my upper left quadrant is my kids.  This is the majority of the day is homeschooling. There is a late afternoon break and then the bedtime routine starts with reading a book, brushing teeth, bath/shower, picking clothes out for the next day and family feeling time (What is their overall feeling for the day. Are they feeling more than one emotion at a time?  What made them smile during the day? What did they learn? It is a good way to see what they are comprehending and retaining for the day.  What can they tell us about YAH (Creator) and Yahshua (Messiah)

My upper right is my Mate. Do they have vitamins? Have they eaten, what about lunch for work. Are they prepared for work? Do they have everything they need for projects or new goals they are trying to reach?  Are they presentable for work (the unwrinkling of the clothes ironing, the steaming of the clothes?) During the day is there anything that I can do that can help that is work-related any reminders or ideas to the make the day go by easier. Any words of encouragement. Then at the end of the day going over our day together.

My lower left quadrant is my passion for education and/ with homeschooling. I love the mind. It is a beautiful thing to see someone's mind the spark that you see when someone learns. My overall goal is to teach my kids to be teachers and others to teach.  A great teacher opens the mind, the ears and can give direction. The world needs wisdom and that starts at home.

The lower right is for YAH's future. My plate is the same, it has not changed.  The passion for the future. To find our family forever. It is like our plate turns throughout the day. At certain hours of the day, we have time with our kids. Then we have our time with our Husband, (the alone time as some like to think of it). Then time for the rest of our family/friends. Then taking time to plan and map out to reach family and friends.

My Self- Reflection in Personal Growth

In evaluating this question; look at the areas of your life that you have complaints about. What are 5 things that are a recurring theme?

3.) Not be moved how I was before

4.) Not to forget about myself

5.) Not to get distracted by waisting time

What are 5 things that you do want?

The LADY Wellness Program ~ Foundation Scripture:

Ephesians 4: 3-6 ~ 3 endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One Alahym and Father (ABBA) of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Please take this and allow it to grow you and strengthen you with all my Love and Shalom.

Faith for Tomorrow

Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,

This study will be on Faith. It is defined as having complete trust, hope in someone or something. The faith or trust we build is on serving YAH (Creator) and obeying his commandments. Faith without works is dead.

Faith is increased by getting closer to YAH through Yahshua
(Messiah) through prayer and studying His Word found in the Bible.

Faith is a gift from YAH, it just has to be received. YAH is faithful and keepeth the covenant with those who love Him for thousands of generations. The example: YAH's promises (covenant) was FAITHfulness by sending his Son Yahshua to do the WORK of his Father to show that his Promise is NOT dead.

Being inspired by being obedient and change the way we live by living for YAH. Our confidence and reassurance are in YAH  through Yahshua. Faith comes by hearing; the listening of the Word and to Shema.

Faith grows and blooms your tree. Faith without works is dead. It is like a lifeless person laying on the concrete after hitting a wall. That wall is lack of faith. Seeing someone without faith is shattering. They cannot get up because they don't have the faith to get up and do not rely on the confidence of YAH to help them get up, the resurrection if you will. Yahshua rose again to live for YAH forever in Love.

Luke 13:19  ~ It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree...

John 15:12 ~ This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

John 14:10 ~  ...the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

James 2:26 ~ For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

Genesis 22:8-14 ~ And Abraham said, My son, Alahym will provide himself a lamb...

Hope for The Next Day

Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,

This study is on Hope. It is raining this morning where I am at. What is beautiful is that I hear the birds chirping as I did yesterday too. When it is raining birds usually go and find shelter but I hear the chirping and they are speaking to my heart. The birds are a great example of hope. They do not worry they know are going to be taken care of. When we build our relationship with YAH the Creator we have a rest inside of us of Peace that allows us to have a plugged-in connection. Whatever is going on around us, it is still His day. The day He made.

In moments of lack of trust or losing sight of our promise, we forget who gave us that promise. He is the beginning and the end. The one with absolute control and that needs to be respected.  That we do our part of what is asked of us for our responsibility and keep our word. Look out for one another and love one another. To appreciate His awesomeness and rejoice in that we survived yesterday and we will have a story. If there is fear, the story will be cloudy because it will allow memories to be blocked. When our next generation comes to us and asked us how did we survive, we will not be able to share the function because fear will have blocked those memories.

He is compassionate to our needs and knows what is best for us. We all have lessons to teach us to be more compassionate. Sometimes they are really hard lessons because some people are a stiff neck, people. His patience is tremendous and I am a witness to that. Our hope and memories show us that he is a deliverer of sending Yahshua to die for our sins and has given us forgiveness if we have accepted it.

YAH is faithful. We just have to ask and we will receive. In saying this, it is what is right for the right time. He is glorious. His praise is well received. With the understanding of the more mature Ladies in the church singing his praise like they were singing for their late Husbands or those who are presently singing with love for him to be good and gracious like the Creator she serves. The church ladies are singing for their Husbands and the Kings to rise for a better day to serve the community and the world for us to all better serve him and show it in our hearts, not just with our hands. Ask for guidance. YAH wants a relationship with us daily and remember how Daniel prayed three times a day.

Psalm 25:5 ~ Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the YAH of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

I wanted to share this song because of what it means to me as LADY and what it represents. The definition of LADY means Loving Always Daily YAH. Taking each day one at a time for Him. When I wake up I  say Love You and Thank You for just waking me up to see another day and thankful to be where I am. I wake up and spend time with Him and Yahshua asking for directions on how the day should go with prayer and take a deep breath to release any unnecessary  anxiety that I have for the day. I need him on the daily with morning journaling that I often share to my blogs or other writing pieces that I share with everyone. At night I write in a physical journal that I write down scripture and what I have learned from the day because everyday is a learning experience for the next day to get better.

This song goes into how YAH and Yahshua is the center of the home. Needing YAH and Yahshua on the regular. People don’t know what you go through to reach out to other people.  Building that relationship everyday. Drawing near closer to their hearts to be connected. A wonderful connection of Grace, Peace and endless deep Love. That deepness and that strength that you only find in each other's eyes. My shout out and prayer goes out to Christain Daly for the Faith, Love and Hope that I have seen in your eyes. I understand why my Big Momma would not let us talk to her with sunglasses on because our eyes would tell her everything.

We are designed to be there for one another. To walk away from each other is selfish, it is like walking away from part of ourselves because we are in the body of Yahshua, we are all connected that is why scripture talks about us being brothers and sisters.

In the beginning of the song you will see the scripture Psalm 55:22, “Cast your burden on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never permit you to be moved.”

LADY Wellness Coaching Session 1

Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,

I will be sharing my 6-month LADY Wellness coaching/discipleship program. This is the first week of self-reflection. The program is a blend of different studies and wisdom that I have learned/obtained based on the foundation of the scriptures. Giving a soundboard approach as well as discipleship model by sharing my own self-reflection. This embraces and assists in spreading the teachings of The WAY.

Remember YAH our Creator is working on all of us onto perfection, as we continue the healing process while going through this world.

The program starts out with Personal Growth is being confident, self-assured and content with who you are as a person.

Personal Growth is developing your inner uniqueness, so you can live fully with no regrets.  Personal growth is about joy, peace, and happiness.

Asking yourself what makes you happy, how you want to grow personally.

We'll look at your Stress-Storm cycle.
I see this sometimes, people's insecurities tear another person down by trying to bring them down emotionally to make themselves feel better or more confident.  They will tear on the emotions of everyone else around them to give themselves false confidence.

Putting a stumbling block in front of yourself of what you feel you lack instead of all the great gifts you already have.

The fear of rejection can be created by a bad moment of being rejected. Reliving that moment in their mind, again and again, develops into a punishment cycle involving isolation to try to prevent themselves from feeling rejected. Which followed by the feeling of anxiety and feeling of being overwhelmed which can be a hindrance when just starting or completing a simple task.

Fear will cause you to react or freeze. The fear of disapproval. The fear of rejection. Self Sabotaging happens by making excuses and trying to have something go wrong to control the situation. Be aware if you are engaging in self-sabotaging behavior, it can be through procrastination, chaos, fights, being late and being numb.
Along with making to many commitments without taking consideration of time and resources that are needed.

Do not tear yourself down by thinking you are not enough, not worthy, not important, and not valuable. Do not compare yourself to anyone else. Everybody is as unique as their fingerprint. We each have special gifts to offer to our community.

1.) What career do you want to have?

2.) How do you want to give back to the community?

3.) What does wealth look like to you?

4.) Are you allowing people to put you down?

5.) When you are stressed are you self sabotaging?

6.) How are you taking care of yourself to be healthy?

7.) How many healthy relationships do you have?

This is like looking in a mirror and my self-reflection on these questions is:

1.) I am happy where I am at with teaching my kids and a continued fight for education.

2.) I  give back daily to the community with some type of outreach in person, on the phone or on social media.

3.) Wealthy is happy to joy and love to romance.

4.) I understand that people need to vent sometimes and I have had my best friends tell me off and I was understanding because I knew it was not an issue they wanted to deal with and that is ok, the love stays the same.

5.) I have procrastinated enough in my life. Even with putting this program together I have spent a lot of thinking about it. I have had to rethink it and I have had to rewrite. I have had to refocus. I kept going I didn't say I failed because of the first time(s) it didn't come together as I would have liked. I have stayed persistent without being a perfectionist.

6.) I have a healthy self-awareness. I continue to exercise and have begun to adopt a vegetarian nutritional lifestyle.

7.) I don't allow others to put me down, I have had to recognize when this was happening and stepping back and looking at the situation. A person has to know who they are so you know where you begin and you end because other people will try to attach to you and their bitterness which weighs on your spirit which can make a person unrecognizable.

8.) I believe all my relationships are healthy because I will not be treated like everybody else and allow someone to push my buttons because there will be none to push.

The LADY Wellness Program ~ Foundation Scripture:

1st Corinthians Ch.13 - "Though I speak with the tounges of men and angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing..."

Please take this and allow it to grow you and strengthen you with all my Love and Shalom.
