Proverbs 31:19 ~ " She layeth her hands on the spindle and her hands hold the distaff."
Each fiber is bounded and spun to create a perfect string. The fabric is twisted with just enough force. The slipping of the fabric with just enough grace, as God does with us; his children.
The relationship of the spindle and distaff, is like the relationship with a wife & her husband. It takes a lot of detail and focus to work together like a spindle & distaff. It takes a perfect balancing act to have a smooth running home; as like smooth untangled yarn. It takes a lot of strength to hold the spindle and distaff. It is like the strength of holding a family together. The spindle and the distaff need each other like a wife needs her husband. They both have to work at the same pace together.
