Foodie Pick: Spinach & Cheese Bake Recipe

3 Packages of Frozen Spinach

1 1/2 C of Whipping Cream

3 Large Eggs

1 1/2 C Sini Fulvi Fontal Cheese

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 Medium Chopped Onion

1Tbsp of Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper

Pre Heat oven 350 degrees F

Method: Combine Spinach in a large bowl, Whipping Cream, 1 C of Cheese, Eggs, Onion, Garlic Powder, Nutmeg, Salt & Pepper.

Put in an oven safe dish and drizzle the remaining 1/2 C of cheese on the top

Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes
