LADY Wellness Coaching Session 3

Wellness Session 3

Dear Beloved, Hearers and Doers,

In the third week of the coaching program, the example of focus will be on vegetable germination. How a plant grows. In the first step, it is imbibition of how water fills the seed. For example, where are you at in setting your values? How are your values watering you? The definition of value is defined as a person's principles or standards of behavior; one's judgment of what is important in life. To have integrity and be trusted that you will keep your word.  To hold strong moral principles and moral uprightness. What are your top 10 values? To look at your choices now for the next generations to come.

In the second step, the water activates enzymes. How to activate the vision? What do we see for ourselves and our family for the day, week, month, year, and 5-year plan? When you go to a job interview they ask you where do you see yourself in five years?  The answer is defined by what is important to you by how much time your spending on something. Value your time.  Being able to create a picture in your mind that fits your life. Every picture is not the same for everybody. Some will have to do some adjusting to what their future will look like. When change comes, there is an opportunity for growth.

In the third step, the seed grows a root to access water underground. Be empowered and be grounded! By definition, it is to be stronger and more confident, especially in controlling your life and claiming your rights. With control is trust, being able to trust your own emotions by recognizing them and excepting them. Be mindful of planing to respond and not to react.  Having someone you can completely trust 100 percent and have other trusting loving relationships. Each day look for a way for self-improvement for yourself and someone else in your life. Be flexible, for example when you're trying to get a schedule down see what works for you. Sometimes it takes tweaks to see what works for you and what doesn't. Sometimes in different seasons, you have to change your schedule to fit what is around you for that season.

In the fourth step, the seed grows shoots that grow towards the sun. Be encouraged! Do this by showing and giving support in confidence with sharing hope with someone. Take the time to listen to others to hear where they are coming from. Listen to their fears, needs, wants, and desires. Develop a plan to conquer fears and discover their needs. Finding what wants are necessary and to fill desires.

My Self - Reflection in Personal Growth

1.) What is the vision? The ultimate vision is to still Love and Trust. My surroundings can change but Love and Trust stay the same. The focus remains on building Family, the next generations to keep my deeper commitment to keep the covenant and my promises.

2.) What are your top 10 values? (Tip: lookup a value list on Google to review 100 different values to find your top 10.) My top ten are Wisdom, Love, Health, Honesty, Loyalty, Obedience, Discipline, Focus, Growth, and Balance.
